iCloudFixx collects only the information needed to operate device checks, service requests, payments, tracking and review moderation.

Information you submit

IMEI, Serial number & Model number values entered into the unlock request form are used to validate the format and process the requested page. The form is designed not to store submitted data from the service. If you request a service, the IMEI, model details, name, email, phone, order status and payment reference may be stored to administer the request.

Payments

Payments are processed through Paystack when the payment integration is configured. iCloudFixx should not collect or store card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time passcodes.

Reviews

Review submissions include the selected country, iPhone model and review text. Public reviews do not display a submission date.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect records, restrict administration to authorised users and retain information only as needed for service operations, dispute resolution and legal obligations. No website can guarantee absolute security.
